Podic, a little design bureau located in Copenhagen asked me, if I could help them out with optimizes of their service and I agreed to do that. I designed and where i held little a intern workshop, with the goal to give Podic a strategic Management tool for future use. In the end of the workshop we have created a Service Blueprint of the entire their service, worked withe the Customer Journey, Touch points and their own working process.
